Discussion on the Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Anhui Province (hot summer and cold winter zone)

Analyses and discusses the energy efficiency indexes and the problems about the meteorological parameters in calculating the limit of synthetic energy efficiency indexes in the local standard. Suggests that more meteorological parameters shall be perfected and obtained for calculating dynamic energy consumption in representative cities on the basis of national meteorological parameters.
